After the recent workshop in illustrator, I've become really interested in vector and shape based images. I found this artist at an exhibition at village bookshop, and fell in love with her work. I really love her simple icon like images and her use of colour is really charming. I think that the subtle addition of texture is also a really effective element, which I think gives the piece a bit more authenticity, as opposed to just ordinary generic vector images.
